You’ve done your research and narrowed down your camp search, now what?
Sending your kids away to summer camp can be stressful for parents, but with a little due diligence, the experience doesn’t need to cause stress. The best way to proceed with your comparison and to narrow your choices is to take a careful look at some of the promising camps you have identified. Here are three things you should do when thinking about Camp Danbee for your daughter:
- Involve Your Daughter in the Process: Helping choose a camp gives a child a sense of responsibility that ultimately contributes to their camp experience. You can make your camper feel involved by having her look through our website, read our FAQs and watch our videos.
- Connect with us on Social Media: Be sure to follow us on Instagram & connect with us on Facebook to get a glimpse into everything Danbee is about!
- Meet our Leadership Team: Get to know the people who run the show! We are often on the road during the off-season attending camp fairs in cities up and down and across the country. Now, we have the ability to “travel” from home! We’d love the opportunity to meet with you virtually. It is the single best way for you to experience camp and get to know us at the same time. We have time and will answer every question you have to see if your family’s values and needs mesh with ours.
In the end, the final decision should be an agreement between parent and child. At Danbee, we are always available to speak with you and we take great pride in being a part of your family’s camp search process. From our first conversation, to enrollment, to that final Wel-B-Yon summer, and everything in between – we look forward to forming a partnership in one of the most important decisions you will make for your child!
We can’t wait to chat with and meet you to answer all of your summer camp questions!
