Fun & Fitness – Danbeestyle!
Danbee girls love the “state of the art” fitness center!!! Certified fitness instructors encourage campers to embrace a healthy lifestyle. Fitness is a program that positively impacts each girl. While campers are active at camp all day long, the fitness program gives them tools to incorporate some form of physical activity into their lives at home.
The Fitness Program includes: spinning bikes. elliptical trainers, treadmills and a variety of other fun fitness options, including weight training, zumba, pound fitness, jogging and yoga.
Danbee is committed to wellness and health encouraging campers to embrace a life-time commitment to exercise and good fitness choices. Sweat and hard work is the name of our game!!!! Girl Power in action informs all we do at Danbee’s Fitness Center!!!
